OUT OF STOCK PENALTY

Dear Vendor,
As we committed to provide you good experience, Jumia also committed to provide good experience to our buyers, we are remind you to check and update your stocks regularly in daily basis to avoid out of stock cancellation and bad experience to our buyers.

Jumia will start charging Penalty of Tsh.2000/= for any out of stock cancellation from 1 / October / 2018.

The amount will be deducted from your weekly payout.

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR STOCK 

>Login to your Seller center

>Go to Product

>Manage products

From there check all the products you have in stock, if the products is NOT in stock  put them off and change stock amount to “0” then SAVE. Learn more from Here
