Hence, please note that Jumia will start charging Return Penalty of Tsh. 3,000/= for each return products due to wrong item or poor quality product.

TO AVOID QUALITY & WRONG ITEM
Here are some pointers to avoid quality issues and sales regulations on your products:

·  Items shipped should be 100% true (model / color / size / specifications) to their description on Jumia.

·  Confirm that the manufacturer’s packaging is untampered and the seal is not broken.

·  Confirm that there are no stains, sewing defects, missing buttons, malfunctioning zippers, and all fashion items have size tags.

·  All groceries, health, and beauty items should be TFDA registered with expiration dates at least 6 months from drop off date.

·  Do not include brand names in the product name field as your products will be flagged as possibly counterfeit/fake subject to a Tsh. 30,000/= fee.

·  Items should be carefully packed in compliance with our packaging guidelines here.
